 STEP 1 - Be sure that your monitor's screen is perfectly clean and free of dust and fingerprints
STEP 2 - Sit directly in front of the camera's lens and about 12 inches from your monitor.
STEP 3 - Take a deep breath, say 'cheese' for the camera and run your mouse over the 'A' button.
